【Abstract】 Cell- free fetal RNA in maternal blood,as a new biological marker,has opened up fairly broad prospects for noninvasive prenatal diagnosis. Cell- free fetal RNA mainly comes from the placenta,which has a strong advantage of application because of its being stable in maternal blood,easy to detect and free from the influence of fetal sex. Remarkable achievements have been attained in the research on the relationship between such diseases as pre- eclampsia,fetal aneuploidy and threatened abortion and cell- free fetal RNAe.更多还原
