【摘要】 目的探讨利福喷丁联合标准抗结核药物治疗老年肺结核的临床效果及安全性。方法将70例初治老年肺结核患者随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予标准抗结核药物治疗,观察组将标准抗结核药物中利福平更换为利福喷丁。治疗3个月后,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.3%,高于对照组的77.1%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组AST和ALT水平均较治疗前升高,但观察组AST和ALT水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率比较,观察组胃肠道反应及白细胞降低发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利福喷丁联合标准抗结核药物治疗老年肺结核临床效果确切,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of rifapentine and standard anti-TB drugs of combination therapy in treatment of senile tuberculosis. Methods Seventy elderly patients with tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups( n = 35,each group). The control group received standard anti-TB drugs,and the observation group changed standard anti-TB drugs with rifapentine medication. The clinical efficacy was evaluated 3 months after the treatment. Results The total efficacy rate of the observation group was 94. 3% higher than 77. 1% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,the AST and ALT levels of both the groups showed no significant difference( P > 0. 05),but after treatment,the AST and ALT levels of both the groups increased with that of observation group lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 01). The adverse reaction rate and gastrointestinal reaction rate and and leucopenia rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The rifapentine and standard anti-TB drugs of combination therapy in treatment of senile tuberculosis is safe,effective and worthy of clinical application.更多还原
