输血医学的学科建设与发展
The development and construction of discipline in transfusion medicine
【摘要】 为应对医学信息爆发性增长的挑战,以美国为代表的现代医学教育先后进行了2次重大的教育变革,伴随着课程整合和输血医学综合教育目标编撰的完成,在20世纪90年代中期诞生了1门独立的学科——输血医学以及其后的亚学科儿科输血医学,新学科的建设促使美国的临床合理用血走在了世界前沿。欧洲对输血医学教育和临床输血实践也给予了同样的重视,借助循证医学手段开展的临床科学合理输血的系统性回顾研究已经取得收获。中国的输血医学的学科建设已经起步,但现阶段尚只能更多依附于检验医学,在学制、课程整合、教学模式和系统性人才评估等诸多方面的创新明显滞后,未来任重道远。
【Abstract】 In order to deal with the challenges of the explosive growth of the medical information,modern medical education represented by the United States conducted two major innovations and created an independent discipline of transfusion medicine and later its sub-discipline of pediatric transfusion medicine through the completion of both curriculum integration and comprehensive curricular goals of transfusion medicine in the mid-1990 s. The construction of the new discipline allowed the U. S. to lead globally in appropriate clinical use of blood. Europe placed equal emphasis on education of transfusion medicine and its clinical practice. The multiple disciplines had paid attention to the clinical trials of systemic review in the optimal use of blood by means of evidence-based medicine and had thus far reaped rewards. Although the discipline construction of transfusion medicine has started in China,its present stage must rely on laboratory medicine,since the innovative aspect was falling behind in many areas,such as educational system,curriculum integration,teaching mode and systematic skill assessment. Therefore,developing and constructing discipline in transfusion in medicine in China still proves a long road ahead.
