【Abstract】 Donor History Questionnaire( DHQ) is an important approach to select blood donors by asking several direct and specific questions regarding their medical history,sexual behavior,and recent travel,by which to disqualify individuals who may harbor transfusion transmitted diseases or prevent donations by individuals who may experience an adverse donation reaction. The purpose of DHQ is to protect the transfusion recipient and the blood donor and to avoid unnecessary limitation for potential blood donors which may threaten the adequacy of the blood supply. Along with the development of transfusion medicine and related knowledge and technology,the content and form of DHQ are constantly updating and evolving. In this paper,the development history of DHQ was reviewed principally according to the constantly evolving of AABB DHQ.更多还原
