【摘要】 目的分析4年来参加RCPA国际血型室间质评项目的检测结果。方法采用血清学试验方法,对RCPA提供的19批标本,进行血型抗原、抗体的鉴定,血液配合性试验等。结果从反馈的19次质评结果看,本室的配血试验差错较少,正确率为94.74%,该项的试验能力可以肯定。而在抗原、抗体的筛查、鉴定、甄别等方面,则有一定的提高空间。在参与试验的国际400余个血型参比实验室中,本室整体水平属中上。结论 "RCPA-QAP项目"对于血型参比实验室综合技术水平的提高,起到了积极的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the Results from external quality assurance(EQA) regarding RCPA International Blood Quality Assurance Programs(QAP) in the last four years in our laboratory. Methods Nineteen batches of specimens provided by RCPAwere tested by serological methods to identify blood group antigen and antibody and to perform blood compatibility testing. Results Feedback results showed that our laboratory has made less errors in blood tests( with a correct rate of94. 74%). However,there remains room for improvement on identification of blood group antigen and antibody. Among the 400 international blood group reference laboratories involved in this program,our laboratory has demonstrated overall proficiency. Conclusion The RCPA-QAP has played a positive role in elevating the technical level of blood group reference laboratory.更多还原
