【摘要】 目的统计分析近6年来全区无偿献血者分布情况及血液检测不合格情况,有效筛选合格献血者,减少血液报废,控制经血传播疾病。方法收集2007~2012年全区无偿献血者资料信息和HBsAg,抗-HCV,抗-HIV,抗-TP,ALT等检测指标的检测结果,运用统计学方法进行比较分析。结果高中学历的无偿献血者比例高达61.86%,高学历献血者较少。全部标本的不合格率逐年下降,年度不合格率比较,差别有统计学意义。总不合格率为5.51%。其中ALT为4.53%,HBsAG为0.64%,抗-HCV为0.21%,抗-HIV为0.01%,抗-TP为0.12%。不同人群检测指标阳性率不同,不同年龄段献血人群检测指标阳性率统计分析差别有统计学意义。不同学历人群检测指标阳性率比较差别均有统计学意义。不同性别比较,检测指标阳性率差别有统计学意义(抗-HIV除外)。结论招募无偿献血者要有针对性宣传献血常识,做好献血前健康征询,采用快速灵敏的筛查手段效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the characteristics distribution of voluntary blood donors and the screening disqualification reason with the aiming of qualified blood donor selection,blood discarding reduction,and transfusion-transmitted infectious disease prevention. Methods The demographic information of blood donors and blood screening results of HBsAg,antiHCV,anti-HIV,anti-TP and ALT were collected. Statistical analysis was subsequently performed. Results The high school blood donors possessed the highest ratio which was 61. 86%. The more educated donors,the less they will donate. The disqualification rate was descent by year with a significant difference. The total disqualification rate was 5. 51%,and the positive rates of ALT,HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV and anti-TP were 4. 53%,0. 64%,0. 21%,0. 01% and 0. 12%,respectively.There were significant differences of positive rate between different ages,ocupations and genders(except for anti-HIV of male vs. female). Conclusion The direction propaganda of blood donation knowledge should be evolved before recruiting voluntary blood donors. Health consultation should be evolved before donation. And to use a fast and sensitive screening method is important for blood safety.更多还原
