【摘要】 目的对常规输血前检测中发现的抗-K进行抗体性质确认试验,并分析产生原因。方法输血前检查发现1名男性患者血清中存在抗-K,利用巯基试剂试验确定1名男性患者血液中的血型抗-K的性质。结果患者血清中同时存在IgM、IgG性质同种抗-K。结论 Kell血型系统抗-K1例,患者男性,无免疫史,产生原因不清。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the characterization of the anti-K antibody which was detected during routine pretransfusion test,and analyze the reason. Methods Anti-K was found in serum of a male patient by routine pre-transfusion test. The characterization of the anti-K antibody were determined by sulfhydryl reagent test. Results IgM and IgG anti-K alloantibodies were simultaneously existed in serum of the patient. Conclusion Rare anti-K antibody was found in serum of a male patient with no specific immune history,and the cause for anti-K was unclear.更多还原
