【摘要】 目的回顾分析2010~2013年长沙血液中心血液筛查实验室参加的澳大利亚国立血清学参比实验室(NRL)室间质评结果,总结经验,促进实验室质量改进。方法对2010~2013年NRL的输血传染病免疫学检测质评数据进行分析,统计异常情况,分析失控及偏差原因和改进措施的效果。结果参加NRL的质评活动中,抗-HIV检测出现假阳性1次,2010~2012有部分检测结果为离群值,2013年所有结果未出现离群现象。结论通过参加室间质评,对异常结果的原因进行分析,纠正偏差,实现了对检测流程的持续性监测,加强了本实验室质量控制,提高了血液筛查水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review and analyze the results of NRL external quality assessment schemes( EQAS) which were participated by Blood Screening Laboratory of Changsha Blood Center during 2010 ~ 2013 in order to improve laboratory quality. Methods EQAS testing results of transfusion-transmitted infectious diseases which organized by NRL were analyzed. Aberrant results,the reason for failure,deviation and troubleshooting were also been analyzed. Results There was a false positive result in the detection of anti-HIV. There were some outliers for NRL EQAS in 2010 ~ 2012,but there were no outliers in 2013 any more after calibration. Conclusion The laboratory achieved solid monitoring and enhanced the quality control for insurance of the blood screening through participate the NRL EQAS program.更多还原
