【摘要】 2013年4月20日四川省雅安市芦山县发生7级地震后,成都市血液中心在经过汶川"5·12"特大地震血液保障后不断总结经验,完善应急预案及应急献血组织管理,及时、有效、科学、有序地做好了应急血液救援保障工作。收获了新的经验体会:一是科学评估、快速决策对平衡血液库存至关重要;二是积极稳妥地应用现代信息交流平台;三是主动与媒体沟通,避免信息滞后;四是充分发挥血站网站及官方微博的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the magnitude 7 earthquake of Lushan County on April 20th,2013 in Sichuan Province,the emergency blood supplying was timely,effectively,scientifically and orderly performed in Chengdu Blood Center.It greatly benefited from the experiences of organization and management that were constantly summed up and improved from emergency blood donation in"5·12"Wenchuan earthquake by workers of Chengdu Blood Center.We summarize new points from these experiences as following:firsly,scientifically evaluating and quickly making decision are critical to balance the blood inventory.Second,the modern information and communication platforms should be actively and steadily applied in emergency blood donation.Third,actively communicating with the media and avoiding delay the information.Finally,it is also important to give full playing the website of blood stations and official micro-blog roles.Generally,experiences of emergency blood supplying in disasters need to be continuously summarized and improved.更多还原
