【摘要】 目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)治疗自发性气胸的效果。方法回顾分析我科2003年3月至2011年10月收治的263例肺大泡患者的临床资料。其中男224例,女39例;年龄15～73岁,平均42.7岁。气胸位于左侧114例,右侧142例;双侧7例。首次发作气胸34例,2次及以上发生气胸229例。全部采用电视胸腔镜下肺大泡切除术。结果平均手术时间(73.2±28.1)min,术后平均住院时间(7.2±4.1)d。随访243例,平均随访18.3个月。随访期间所有患者无气胸复发。结论电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS)for spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods The clinical data of 263 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax patients in our hospital from March 2003 to October 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Of the 263 patients,224 were males and 39 were females with the age ranged from 15 to 73 years(average 42.7 years).114 cases had spontaneous pneumothorax in the left side,142 were in the right throax.Seven cases had bilateral pneumothorax.Thirty-four patients were diagnosed as primary spontaneous pneumothorax and 229 patients were diagnosed as recurrent pneumothroax.All patients were treated by VATS.Results The operation duration was 73.2±28.1 min and hospital stay after operation was 7.2±4.1 days.243 patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months,with the average of 18.3 months.There was no recurrence during the followup.Conclusion VATS for spontaneous pneumothorax treatment is safe and effective.VATS may be the standard treatment for spontaneous pneumothorax.更多还原
