【摘要】 探析科技期刊侵权构成条件,根据《深圳大学学报理工版》工作实践,认为:期刊社要从制度建设上规避著作权风险。通过落实与作者签订著作权转让合同,要求作者提交职务作品投稿介绍信、学术论文原创声明及原始数据证明,合理使用参考文献等措施,方可防止侵权,减少或消除一稿多投、抄袭或剽窃等学术不端行为,促进科研成果健康、快捷、广泛传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors analyze what constitutes copyright infringement of a scientific journal and point out how a periodical press avoids the risks institutionally from their experience of working at the editorial department of Journal of Shenzhen University Science and Engineering. The most necessary way to avoid plagiarism is to require all contributors not only to sign the copyright transfer agreement but also to submit such documents as originality statements,introduction letters for submission of service works and raw data proof. Besides,the standard reference citation is also needed. These are the means to facilitate the healthy and fast spread of scientific research.更多还原
