【Abstract】 This paper takes worker sports activities of Bayi Iron and Steel Group and Urumqi Petrochemical General Factory as investigation objects to study the status quo of sports activities in the large state-owned enterprises located in Urumqi of Xinjiang. The research purpose is to put the staff sports into the enterprise’s overall situation to plan as a whole in the work, by taking this link to promote the organic combination of enhancing staff physique and the economic development of the enterprises, and to put forward some countermeasure for the benign development of Urumqi companies’ worker sports activities.更多还原
