谷氨酸阳离子型离子液体催化合成乙酸正丁酯
Preparation of n-butyl Acetate Through Glutamic Cationic Ionic Liquid Catalysis
【摘要】 利用微波法分别一步合成谷氨酸氟硼酸离子液体和谷氨酸对甲苯磺酸离子液体,并应用到乙酸正丁酯酯化反应中。通过一系列平行反应研究了催化剂种类、催化剂质量、反应时间对酯化反应的影响。实验结果表明,以乙酸、正丁醇为原料,谷氨酸对甲苯磺酸离子液体催化效果最好,可替代硫酸、对甲苯磺酸等强酸。最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量的比为1∶1,催化剂质量为醋酸质量的1.3%,反应时间为45min,酯化率可达到78.51%。
【Abstract】 The glutamic tetrofluoroborate and glutamic p-Toluene sulfonicate ionic liquids were synthesized via a facile and fast microwave assisted method in one step,which were applied to the esterification reaction of prepartion of n-butyl acetate.Through a series of parallel experiments,the effects of kind and mass of catalyst,and reaction time on esterification reaction were investigated.The experimental results show that the glutamic p-toluene sulfonicate ionic liquid exhibits best performance,which may take the place of sulfuric and p-toluene sulfonic acids.The optimization conditions of the reaction are:the molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol and acetic acid=1∶1,the mass ratio of catalyst and acetic acid=1.3:100,and reaction for 45 min,finally,the esterification ratio may reach 78.51%.
