一种改进型双季铵盐油田污水杀菌剂的制备与性能

【摘要】 以N,N-二甲基十二烷基叔胺和对二氯苄为反应物,分别以乙腈和去离子水为溶剂,合成了A-B-A型双季铵盐杀菌剂。通过对产物熔点、热性能和红外吸收性能、核磁共振谱的测定和分析,证明了2种方法均可制备高产率、高纯度的同一产物。对比分析了2种制备方法的优缺点。产物具有良好的水溶性,通过测试产物水溶液表面张力求得产物的临界胶束浓度为0.017mol/L。与油田通用杀菌剂1227进行了杀菌性能比较,结果显示,该杀菌剂稳定性好,制备简单,便于储存运输,相同浓度条件下杀菌能力优于1227。

【Abstract】 The novel A-B-A form of biocide agents of bis-quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized respectively using N,N-dimethyldodecylamide and 1,4-bis(chloromethyl)benzene as reactants,acetonitrile and deionized water as solvents.The prepared samples were characterized by the measurements of melting point,thermal property,IR spectroscopy,and NMR spectra.The analysis results demonstrate that the same high purity productants can be obtained with high productivity through the same reactants with acetonitrile and deionized water as solvents respectively.The efficiency of both preparation methods was discussed.The samples exhibit the good water-solubilization nature.The conductivity of acqueous solution of the samples was measured.Compared with the conventional 1227 biocides for oil field,the new prepared biocides exhibit more stability of antimicrobial and more outsanding antimicrobialactivity,which are obtained,preserved and transformed more easily.
