【摘要】 近年来,北京市老年人的居住安排方式发生了根本性的变化。2000-2010年北京市老年人与子女同住的比例在下降,而独居和只与配偶同住的比例在上升,由38.74%增至58.17%,老年人空巢居住的特征越来越明显。目前,老年人的主要居住安排方式已经由"三代同住""与儿子同住"转变为"只与配偶同住"。2010年将近三分之二的老年人不与成年子女同住。一些主要的人口学变量和社会经济变量可能会和老年人的居住安排有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the living arrangement of the old people in Beijing has changed dramatically. From 2000 to 2010,the proportion of old people " living with adult children and grandchildren" greatly decreased,whereas the proportion of those " living alone " and " living only with the spouse " increased from 38. 74 per cent to 58. 17 per cent,which showed a more and more independent living trend. Nowadays,the major pattern of living arrangement has transferred from " living with adult children and grandchildren" and " living with the son’s family" to " living only with the spouse". In 2010,nearly twothirds of the old people did not co-reside with their adult children. It is possible that some of the demographic and socio-economic variables might have relationship with the living arrangement of the older people.更多还原
