【摘要】 目的对传统手术疗法和手术机器人治疗的综合效益进行实证研究并分析指标体系的适用性,进而为医院相关决策提供科学的参考依据。方法运用综合效益评价的相关理论,采用文献调查、专家咨询及层次分析等方法,结合实证研究,建立综合评价指标体系。结果构建了一套适合评价使用、具可操作性的微创手术的综合效益评估指标体系。结论该指标体系能够将有关的社会效益进行模型量化,为实现社会效益的量化评估做了有益的探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To conduct empirical study on the comprehensive benefits of traditional surgery and robotic surgery and analyze the applicability of assessment index system and then to provide reference for hospital management to make scientific decisions.Methods Based on the theory of comprehensive benefit assessment,the study applied literature research,expert consultation,analytical hierarchy process and empirical study for the establishment of the assessment index system.Results The study successfully established an applicable and operable index system to assess the comprehensive benefits of minimally invasive surgery.Conclusions Based on modeling and quantification of social benefits,the index system conducted positive exploration for quantitative assessment of social benefits.更多还原
