规则约束型数学规划方法及其工程应用

【摘要】 从历史数据中挖掘模糊规则,建立模糊规则库,从而构造了含模糊规则约束的数学规划模型。采用Sugeno推理方法得到模糊系统,建立变量之间的映射关系,将模糊系统作为数学规划问题的等式约束,并给出一类含有模糊推理的遗传算法进行求解。将规则约束型数学规划模型应用于精馏塔稳态操作优化中,验证了方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 This paper suggests that fuzzy rules can be extracted from historical data to construct a rule base,and subsequently be used to formulate a mathematical programming model with fuzzy rule constraints. Sugeno inference arithmetic is recommended to establish fuzzy mapping systems in the context of decision variables,which serve as equality constraints of the mathematical programming. Subsequently,a genetic algorithm combined with fuzzy inference is introduced to solve the corresponding problems. The resulting mathematical programming model with fuzzy rules has been applied in a distillation column steady-state optimization problem,and the effectiveness of the proposed approache has been demonstrated.
