基于Geomagic Studio的雕像三维建模

【摘要】 采用Trimble GX200三维激光扫描仪,获取了目标雕像的点云数据,基于Real Works Survey Advanced 6.4软件,完成了不同站点间的数据拼接;采用逆向工程软件Geomagic Studio 12,分别对拼接完成的点云数据,进行了降噪和三维建模处理(包括生成三角网、填补点云漏洞、曲面平滑等);通过实测数据处理与分析,给出了处理过程中的相关结果,并指出了相关的注意事项,为三维激光扫描技术在三维建模及古物重建等方面的应用提供了案例参考。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a Trimble GX200 3D Laser Scanner was utilized for collecting the point cloud data of coal miner’s statue in China University of Mining and Technology(CUMT)campus.Then,the software of Real Works Survey Advanced 6.4 was presented to registration for data of different stations;in addition,a reverse engineering software,namely Geomagic Studio 12,was employed for noise reduction and 3D modeling for point cloud data of the target statue;the specific contents included generating triangulate irregular network(TIN),repairing loopholes,smoothing surface,etc.Experiment results show that the software of Geomagic Studio 12 was a effective tool for 3D modeling;and the particular result provides strong technical support for fast and high-precision ancient architecture.
