标准浮动冲击平台冲击环境试验及分析

【摘要】 本文针对我国研制的进行舰船重型设备冲击试验考核的标准浮动冲击平台,按照GJB150.18—86规定的标准考核工况开展了水下爆炸标定试验,获取了标准考核工况下的冲击环境及各种负载对冲击环境的影响规律,并与美国的标准浮动冲击平台进行了对比。结果表明,国内研制的标准浮动冲击平台在规定考核工况下的冲击环境与美国的标准浮动冲击平台一致,能够满足质量大于2.7×103kg重型舰船设备冲击考核的要求。

【Abstract】 According to the standard checking condition specified in GJB150. 18-86,underwater explosion calibration test is performed for the standard floating shock platform,which is developed and used for shock test checking of the ship heavyweight equipment in our country. The shock environment of the standard floating shock platform under the standard checking condition and the effects of of the different loads on shock environment are obtained. The proposed platform is compared with the American standard floating shock platform. The comparative result indicates that the shock environment of the floating shock platform developed at home under the specified checking condition is correspond with that of the American standard floating shock platform,and this shock environment can meet the requirement of shock checking of the ship heavyweight equipment of which weight exceeds 2. 7 × 103 kg.
