【摘要】 [目的]观察纤愈方联合γ-干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。[方法]将入选的64例患者随机分为2组。对照组采用γ-干扰素治疗,治疗组采用纤愈方联合γ-干扰素治疗,12周为1疗程,1个疗程结束后比较两组患者肝功能、各项肝纤维化指标以及观察肝脏影像学的变化。[结果]两组患者治疗后血清ALT、AST、T-BIl水平均较治疗前明显降低,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对照组和治疗组之间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);两组患者血清透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PⅢP)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)水平治疗后降低,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组间血清HA、LA治疗后比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者门静脉内径和脾脏厚度治疗前后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中药纤愈方联合γ-干扰素是有效的抗慢性乙肝肝纤维化的中西医结合治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the effect of combined treatment of Xianyu Recipe and γ-interferon on liver fibrosis that induced by chronic hepatitis B.[Methods] Sixty-four patients were recruited and randomly assigned either to a control group receiving γ-interferon treatment or to an intervention group receiving the combined treatment of Xianyu Recipe and γ-interferon. After 12 weeks of treatment, the indexes of liver function and fibrosis were detected and the ultrasound changes of liver were observed.[Results] The serum levels of ALT,AST and TBil in patients of two groups were reduced sig-nificantly after treatment with P value <0.05 compared to the levels of ALT,AST and TBil in the same group before treatment. There was no significant difference between the serum levels of ALT,AST and TBil in control group and that in intervention group. The serum levels of HA,LA,P ⅢP and Ⅳ-C in all patients were reduced significantly after treatment with P value <0.05 compared to the levels of HA, LA,PⅢP and Ⅳ-C in the same group before treatment. Moreover, there was significant difference between the levels of HA and LA in control group and that in intervention group after treatment. The diameter of the portal vein and the thickness of spleen in two groups were decreased remarkably after treatment with P value <0.05 compared to that in the same group before treatment. The difference between the portal vein diameter and spleen thickness in control group and that in intervention group after treatment was significant. [Conclusion]The combined treatment of Xianyu Recipe and γ-interferon was effective against chronic hepatitis B-induced fibrosis.更多还原
