【摘要】 [目的]探究岭南湿热病的临床特点及治疗经验。[方法]根据岭南湿热突出的致病广泛的特性,结合导师徐云生对湿热病多年的临床诊治理念与经验,总结归纳岭南湿热病的临床特点及证治经验。[结果]湿热致病具有广泛性,而出生居住地的变更、体型改变都会导致湿热病的发生。湿热病临床具有典型的全身及局部症状。湿热病以岭南地区常见,气分湿热为主,病位主要在中焦脾胃。治疗湿热证须紧记三原则,处方多以黄连温胆汤为基础方,随证加减。[结论]辨别湿热病证从细微处入手,四诊合参,方可认证准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment experience of dampness-heat disease in south of the Five Ridges. [Methods] According to the characteristics of dampness-heat prominent pathogenic widely, and combining with the clinical diagnosis, treatment ideas and experience for many years in dampness-heat disease of my tutor Xu Yunsheng, it is concluded the specific clinical characteristics of dampness-heat disease and treatment experience in preliminary summary.[Results]Dampness-heat attacks human body widely. Living birth place transformed and body shape changed can lead to the happening of dampness-heat disease.There are typical general symptoms and local symptoms about dampness-heat disease in the clinic. Dampness-heat disease is familiar in south of the five ridges,and dampness-heat in Qifen is the main disease, the disease location always happens to spleen and stomach.Remember three principles in curing dampness-heat disease,and using Huanglian Wendan Tang for the basic prescription,changing according to the syndrome differentiation.There is a test case in this paper.[Conclusion]Starting from the details and analyzing through the four examination methods to identify dampness-heat disease.更多还原
