FOX-7晶体形貌对感度的影响
Effect of Morphology of FOX-7 Crystals on Its Sensitivity
【摘要】 通过在DMSO/H2O、冰醋酸、环己酮、乙腈、DMF/H2O溶剂中重结晶得到FOX-7晶体,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其进行了表征,测试了不同晶体的机械感度。结果表明,在不同溶剂中重结晶得到的FOX-7晶体形貌与粒径变化较大,在DMF/H2O中重结晶的FOX-7晶体形貌较好,接近于对称的球体;5种溶剂中得到的FOX-7晶体未发生晶型转变,均为α晶型;在DMSO/H2O和DMF/H2O中重结晶得到的FOX-7晶体的感度最低(撞击感度为4%,摩擦感度为4%),在环己酮中重结晶FOX-7晶体的感度最高(撞击感度为8%,摩擦感度为48%)。
【Abstract】 FOX-7crystals were obtained by recrystallization from different solvents,such as DMSO/H2 O,glacial acetic acid,cyclohexanone,acetonitrile and DMF/H2 O,and their structures were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)and Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC).The mechanical sensitivities of FOX-7crystals were tested.The results show that the crystal morphology and particle size of FOX-7are variable in different recrystallization solvents,but the crystal morphology of FOX-7from DMF is closed to the symmetrical sphaerocrystal.The results of FTIR and DSC make clear that all crystals of FOX-7areα-form without phase transition in five recrystallization solvents.The crystal of FOX-7from DMF has lower mechanical sensitivity with impact sensitivity of 4%and friction sensitivity of 4%,and its crystal from cyclohexanone has higher mechanical sensitivity with impact sensitivity of 8%and friction sensitivity of 48%.
