紫外分光光度法测定混合炸药中TNT含量

【摘要】 为准确获取混合炸药中TNT含量,以无水乙醇为溶剂,超声波辅助溶解样品,用紫外-可见光分光光度计在紫外光谱区测试混合炸药中的TNT含量。结果表明,在335nm波长不使用显色剂的情况下,测试结果的重复性和准确度分别为0.021%和1.0%。模拟样品的回收率大于97%。在新建立的条件下,混合炸药中TNT含量的测试方法准确、快速、稳定性好,能有效提高工作效率。

【Abstract】 To obtain TNT content in composite explosives accurately,the TNT content in a composite explosive was determined by a UV-visible spectrophotometer in the UV spectral region,using anhydrous ethanol as solvent,dissolving sample by ethanol with the assistant of ultrasonic.The results show that under the condition of wavelength335 nm without using chromogenic agent,the repeatability and accuracy for testing results are 0.021%and 1.0%,respectively.The recovery of simulated sample is greater than 97%.Under the conditions of new testing,the determination method of TNT content in composite explosives is accurate and rapid,having good stability and can effectively improve the work efficiency.
