壳低聚糖对红腺忍冬一些光合性状的影响

【摘要】 以5年生红腺忍冬为试材,分别采用600、800、1 000、1 200mg/L壳低聚糖叶面喷施红腺忍冬,喷施后5~30d连续5次测定叶片光合气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数,研究了外施不同浓度壳低聚糖对红腺忍冬叶片一些光合性状的影响。结果表明:600mg/L处理对叶片的光合气体交换和荧光特性影响不大,800、1 000、1 200mg/L处理对叶片的光合和荧光特性产生显著影响,叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)先下降后上升,而非光化学淬灭系数(qN)先上升后下降,1 000mg/L处理比800mg/L和1 200mg/L处理效果稳定,说明应用一定浓度的壳低聚糖能改善红腺忍冬叶片的光合性状,有利于提高红腺忍冬产量和品质。

【Abstract】 Taking five-year-old Lonicera hypoglauca Miq.as test materials,the leaves of LonicerahypoglaucaMiq.were treated by the different concentrations of oligo-chitosan(600mg/L,800mg/L,1 000mg/L,1 200mg/L),then the leaves photosynthetic parameters and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured in 5-30 days,the effect of oligochitosan on the photosynthetic characteristics of the leaves and the quality of leaves,flowers,stems in normal conditions were studied.The results showed that 600 mg/L treatment had little effect on photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of leaves.800mg/L,1 000mg/L and 1 200mg/L treatments had significant effect on photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of leaves,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2concentration(Ci),transpiration rate(Tr),maximum photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm),photochemical quenching coefficient(qP)first decreased then increased,non-photochemical quenching coefficient(qN)first increased then decreased.1 000mg/L treatments was more stable than 800mg/L and 1 200mg/L treatments.A certain concentration of oligo-chitosan could improve the photosynthetic characteristics of the leaves and enhance the medicinal ingredients of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq.
