超声提取鼠曲草中水溶性黄酮类化合物和多糖工艺研究

【摘要】 以鼠曲草为试材,通过单因素试验和正交实验,研究了超声提取野生鼠曲草中水溶性黄酮类化合物和多糖的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:黄酮类化合物和多糖的最佳工艺分别为以蒸馏水为提取剂,提取时间50min、提取温度80℃、超声功率160W、料液比1∶50g/mL和提取时间50min、提取温度75℃、超声功率160W、料液比1∶60g/mL;此条件下提取黄酮类化合物和多糖耗样少,快速准确,水溶性的黄酮类化合物和多糖的提取率分别为4.36%和3.09%。该法类黄酮加标平均回收率为96.96%,RSD<3%;还原糖和总糖平均加标回收率为98.08%和101.8%。

【Abstract】 Taking Gnaphalium affine as material,through single factor test and orthogonal experiment,the optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction of the water-soluble flavonoids and polysaccharides in wild Gnaphalium affine D.Don were studied.The results showed that the optimal techology for flavonoid were:extraction time was 50min,extraction temperature was 80℃,extraction power was 160W,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶50g/mL;the aptimal extraction techology for polysaccha rides were:extraction time was 50min,extraction temperature was 75℃,extraction power 160W,solidliguid ratio 1∶60g/mL.The method consumes less,fast and accurac,extraction yield of water-soluble flavonoids and polysaccharide separately was 4.36%and 3.09%fromGnaphalium affine D.Don.The method of standard recovery rate of flavonoids between 96.96%,and relative standard deviation RSD<3%;the standard recovery rate of reducing sugar and total reducing sugar were 98.08%and 101.8%respetively.
