【摘要】 目的:研究320排螺旋CT心肌灌注扫描在诊断冠心病缺血心肌中的应用价值。方法:将158例患者随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组患者采用320排螺旋CT心肌灌注扫描的方法诊断冠心病缺血心肌;对照组患者采用传统方法诊断冠心病缺血心肌。结果:观察组敏感性明显高于对照组,高出18.26%。观察组准确率明显高于对照组,高出22.78%。观察组诊断时间为(31.21±3.1)min,诊断费用为(5210.4±345.1)元,均显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:320排螺旋CT心肌灌注扫描在诊断冠心病缺血心肌中十分敏感,准确率较高,同时还可以减少患者的费用,减轻患者压力,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the application value of the 320-slice spiral CT scanning in the diagnosis of ischemic myocardium in Coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods: 158 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients of observation group were used 320-slice spiral CT scanning method for diagnosing ischemic myocardium in CAD.The patients of the control group were treated with traditional methods to diagnose ischemic myocardium.Results: The sensitivity of diagnosis of observation group was significantly 18.26% higher than control group.The accuracy of diagnosis of observation group was significantly 22.78%higher than control group.The diagnosis time of observation group was(31.21±3.1)min,diagnostic fee was(5210.4±345.1)yuan.Both of them were significantly less than those of the control group.Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: 320-slice spiral CT scanning in the diagnosis of ischemic myocardium is significantly sensitive and has high accuracy rate,it can reduce the cost and stress of patients.So it is worthy of popularization in clinic.更多还原
