【摘要】 目的:研究儿科呼吸机应用于小儿呼吸功能不全的技术要求及临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法选取我院34例呼吸功能不全的小儿患者,对患儿应用儿科呼吸机作为实验组,对照组选取同期采用常规治疗方法的30例患儿,分析儿科呼吸机应用于小儿呼吸功能不全的技术要求及两组患儿经治疗后的临床效果。结果:实验组患儿死亡率(5.88%)明显低于对照组患儿死亡率(30.00%),实验组的不良反应发生率(8.82%)明显低于对照组的不良反应发生率(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿科呼吸机应用于小儿呼吸功能不全,降低患儿死亡率,治疗后痰阻、肺不张和肺水肿的不良反应发生率明显减少,安全,有效,应该在临床上大量应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the technical requirements and effect analysis of applying pediatrics respirator in pediatrics respiratory insufficiency.Methods:34 children with pediatrics respiratory insufficiency treated in our hospital were selected as the experimental group by random number table,pediatrics respirator was applied in the group;and selected another 30 children who received conventional therapy in the same time as the control group,clinical efficacy of applying pediatrics respirator in pediatrics respiratory insufficiency was analyzed.Results:The mortality rate of experimental group(5.88%)was significantly lower than control group(30.00%),the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment of experimental group(8.82%)was significantly lower than control group(50.00%),with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion:Applying pediatrics respirator in pediatrics respiratory insufficiency can lower the mortality rate of children,decrease the incidence of stagnation of phlegm,pulmonary atelectasis,pneumonedema obviously,safe and effective,which should be widely applied in clinic.更多还原
