基于Adams和Marc仿真的桥式起重机桥架结构机械性能研究

【摘要】 在对起重机的桥架结构进行多体动力学仿真分析中,采用多个连续小圆柱体通过轴套力连接构造绳索,确定了钢丝绳的柔性连接模型和刚度计算公式,通过多次仿真试验获得符合实际的绳索阻尼系数,实现了符合绳索机械特性的动力学仿真模型.建立了桥式起重机桥架结构的虚拟样机,研究了小车运行过程中桥架结构的受力情况,并提取出运动过程中其受力的最大值,结合Marc有限元仿真分析的方法对该桥式起重机桥架结构进行静态强度及刚度分析与校核,为在役桥式起重机的安全、可靠运行,也为该桥式起重机的设计优化提供了基础性分析.

【Abstract】 In the multi-body dynamics simulation analysis of bridge crane’s structure, the steel rope is modeled by multiple consecutive small cylinders through bushing force to reflect the flexible connection of the steel rope and stiffness formula. Rope damped coefficient is determined by meansof trial and error simulating experiments, which helps to similate the rope’s motion.A FEM model of bridge crane mechanical structure is established to study the strength and stiffness of the crane structure when the vechicle is moving, the maximum stress is picked and compared with the allowable stress.The simulation of Adams and Marc supplies an effective theoritical support to the safety and stablitiy verification of the crane and it also gives a basic analysis to make an optimal design of the crane.
