【Abstract】 Focusing on the employment problems faced by undergraduates,it puts forward some countermeasures based on social reality to solve the problems by analyzing employment prospects and drawbacks after graduation from universities. Government and institutions of higher education are the main body of responsibility for the work of undergraduate employment.
