【摘要】 目的:比较完全腹膜外腹腔镜及开放式无张力腹股沟疝修补术的临床疗效。方法:收集104例腹股沟疝修补术患者临床资料,按照手术方式的不同分为完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补组(腹腔镜组,46例)和开放式无张力疝修补组(开放组,58例),比较2组患者围手术期的相关临床指标及术后复发率。结果:2组手术均得到较好疗效,2组手术时间、疼痛持续时间、术后住院时间及住院费用差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而2组患者术中出血量和术后并发症差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组术后1年均无复发病例。结论:完全腹膜外腹腔镜及开放式无张力腹股沟疝修补术均是安全有效的手术方式,各有利弊,应该根据患者的个体化情况来选择术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the efficacy of totally extraperitoneal prosthesis( TEP) and open tension-free hernioplasty in inguinal hernia repair. Methods: One hundred and four patients treated with inguinal hernia repair were divided into the TEP group( 46cases) and open tension-free hernioplasty group( 58 cases) according to their operation methods. The perioperative clinical parameters and recurrence rate between two groups were compared. Results: The therapeutic effects of two groups were better. The differences of the time of operation,postoperative pain,hospital stay and hospitalization expense between two groups were statistically significant( P <0. 05). The differences of the blood loss and postoperative complications between two groups were not statistically significant( P >0. 05). There was not recurrence in two groups after following up for 1 year. Conclusions: Both TEP and open tension-free hernioplasty in treating inguinal hernia are effective,the treatment should be selected according to patient condition.更多还原
