【摘要】 目的:探讨立体定向下软通道技术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法:将40例高血压脑出血患者随机分为微创组(20例)和对照组(20例),对照组采用开颅清除血肿,微创组采用立体定向下软通道技术微创治疗。结果:微创组病死4例,少于对照组10例(P<0.05)。微创组出院斯坎蒂尼亚卒中量表评分和随访时日常生活活动能力神经功能预后评定指标与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:立体定向下软通道技术微创治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效好,具有微创、安全可靠、低死亡率、低致残率等优点,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of stereotactic soft channel technology in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Forty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the minimally invasive group and control group(20 cases each group). The minimally invasive group and control group were treated with the stereotactic minimally invasive treatment of soft-channel technology and conventional therapy,respectively. Results:The dead patients in minimally invasive group(4 cases) were less than that in control group(10 cases)(P < 0. 05). The differences of Scandinavian Stroke Scale and Activity of Dolily Living Scale neurological outcome assessment between two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusions:The clinical effects of stereotactic soft channel technology in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are good,which is minimally invasive,safe,reliable and low mortality and morbidity,and is worth promoting.更多还原
