【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)新标准在临床上的实用性。方法:随机选取800例孕妇作为研究组,孕24周后,按新标准进行75 g口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT);另随机选取750例孕24周后的孕妇作为对照组,先行50 g OGTT,糖筛异常者再行75 g OGTT。结果:研究组孕妇筛查率为97.50%,GDM患病率为6.25%;对照组孕妇筛查率为87.07%,GDM患病率为4.13%。研究组孕妇筛查率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),2组GDM患病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:GDM筛查新标准的应用,简化了筛查程序,临床应用更方便,筛查率高于传统筛查法,大大降低漏诊率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical application of new standard of gestational diabetes mellitus( GDM). Methods: Eight hundred pregnant women( study group) were tested by 75 g oral glucose tolerance test( OGTT) according to the new standard after 24 weeks of pregnancy. Seven hundred and fifty pregnant women( control group) were tested by 50 g OGTT,then 75 g OGTT was added in the patients with sugar sieve abnormality after 24 weeks of pregnancy. Results: The pregnant women screening rate of study group( 97. 50%) was significantly higher than that in control group( 87. 07%)( P <0. 01). The prevalence rate of GDM in study group and control group were 6. 25% and 4. 13%,respectively,the difference of which was not statistical significance( P > 0. 05).
