【摘要】 目的:探讨经Retzius间隙穿刺改良Vechitti阴道成形术治疗先天性无阴道、无子宫的应用价值。方法:对10例先天性无阴道、无子宫患者行耻骨联合上缘腹壁向前庭穿刺,经Retzius间隙引入下端固定有纽扣的牵引线,由腹部上提牵引线并辅以阴道顶压,形成人工阴道。结果:10例患者改良Vechitti阴道成形术均获成功,术后3个月阴道长度9~10 cm,阴道黏膜弹性好,色泽正常。结论:改良Vechitti阴道成形术术式简便、微创,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical value of improved Vechitti vaginoplasty by Retzius gap puncture for treatment of congenital absence of vagina and uterus. Methods: The puncture was performed in the upper border of the symphysis pubis toward the vestibula through the abdominal wall,then a traction thread whose terminal was fixed by a button was drawn through the Retzius gap and lifted from the belly; at the same time,the technique of vaginal pushing-up was applied. Eventually,the vagina was reconstructed. Results: The improved Vechitti vaginoplasty by Retzius gap puncture was successful in all the 10 patients; three months later,the average vaginal length was 9- 10 cm with normal elasticity and color. Conclusions: The improved Vechitti vaginoplasty has the advantages of easy operation and minimal invasion. It is worth popularizing.更多还原
