【摘要】 以国家女子撑杆跳集训队为对象,使用较为先进的测试仪器,在训练过程中对集训队员的机能进行系统、动态的连续监测,综合分析了国家队撑杆跳高运动员的形态、素质、力量、体成分、心理、生化指标等机能特点,建立我国女子撑杆跳高项目优秀运动员身体机能的数学模型,并对训练与选材提出积极的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the Chinese national women pole- vault athletes as research subject and using the advanced equipment as the test equipments,the authors have made some research on women pole- composition athletes.In the research,the paper analyses the shape、physical fitness、strength、body composition、psychology and biochemistry of national women pole- vault athletes. We had set up the mathematical model of bodily functions for elite athletes,and made positive proposals for training and athletes selection.更多还原
