【摘要】 故障报警是工业自动化系统中至关重要的环节,没有完整的报警系统会造成自动化控制系统操作员的使用不便。针对这一问题主要研究了在FactoryTalk View SE平台上运用其内嵌的VBA实现设备故障的报警管理和历史故障的分析。其中包括通过ADO控件实现FactoryTalk View SE与SQLSever的通信,数据源即设备库和故障库的建立,故障报警时运用设备库和故障库在FactoryTalk View SE软件中实现整个生产系统的报警管理功能。球团设备状态监测系统的调试结果证明,系统实现了快速定位故障和诊断故障等功能,达到了设计目的,可运用到实际生产中。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fault alarm is the most important link in industrial automation system. Without an complete alarm system,the automatic control system operator will operate inconveniently. For this problem,the FactoryTalk View SE platform using embedded VBA is researched to realize the fault alarm management of device and analysis of historical fault,including realizing the communication between the FactoryTalk View SE and SQL Sever by ADO control,the establishment of data source,namely device database and fault database,and how to realize the system alarm and management functions using device database and fault database in the software of FactoryTalk View SE.It is researched under the background of the pellets device condition monitoring system.The debugging result shows that the system achieves the rapid positioning and diagnosis function,which can be applied to the practical production.更多还原
