【摘要】 安徽省农村人口占全省总人口约57%,农民增收情况如何显然已经成为影响安徽省经济建设和社会发展的关键性问题。本文分析了近年来安徽省不同区域、不同类型农民收入的来源与结构,并且结合省内国内农业农村经济发展形势,深入剖析了影响农民增收的障碍与制约因素,最后从进一步落实各项惠农政策、继续推进种植业的稳步发展、大力发展高效农业、加快农村城镇化的发展、大力发展农村劳务市场、加大改革力度等方面提出了促进安徽省农民增收的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural population in Anhui accounts for about 57 percent of the total population. How to increase the farmers’ income has become the critical issue on economic and social development in Anhui Province. This paper describes the source and structure of the farmers’ income in different regions and different types. Based on the comprehension of the domestic agricultural and rural economic development situation,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the farmers’ income and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for increasing the farmers’ income. The conclusion has six aspects,including implementing preferential agricultural policies,promoting the steady development of farming,developing high- efficiency agriculture,accelerating the development of rural urbanization,developing the rural labor market and intensifying the rural reform.更多还原
