【摘要】 目的:探讨厄贝沙坦对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)胰岛素抵抗(IR)及炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α、CRP的影响。方法:24只SHR随机分为厄92沙坦高剂量组、厄贝沙坦低剂量组及模型组,8只WKY大鼠为空白对照组,四组大鼠均予果糖喂养,高剂量组、低剂量组分别予27mg/kg/713.5mg/kg厄贝沙坦灌胃干预,8周后观察四组大鼠血压、胰岛素抵抗指数和炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平。结果:高剂量组、低剂量组大鼠血压、胰岛素抵抗指数和炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦可能通过降低炎症因子水平来改善胰岛素抵抗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of irbesartan on insulin resistance(IR) and inflammatory factors IL-6,TNF-α,CRP of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).Methods:24 SHR mice were randomly divided into irbesartan high dose group,irbesartan low dose group and model group,8 WKY rats were normal control group,the four groups of rats all fed fructose,high dose group and low dose group were with intragastric administration of irbesartan 27mg/kg and 13.5mg/kg respectively,after 8 weeks the blood pressure,insulin resistance and inflammatory cytokines IL-6,TNF-α,CRP of four groups were observed.Results:The blood pressure,insulin resistance and inflammatory cytokines IL-6,TNF-α,CRP of high dose group and low dose group were all significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan can decrease the level of inflammatory factors to improve insulin resistance.更多还原
