【摘要】 目的:观察针灸配合磁疗治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法:将60例三叉神经痛患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组采用针灸配合磁疗治疗,每日1次,10次为一个疗程,2个疗程后评价疗效;对照组给予口服卡马西平,每次200mg,每日3次,连续服用1个月后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合磁疗治疗三叉神经痛疗效显著,镇痛作用良好,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with magnetic therapy on trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:60 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases),treatment group applied with acupuncture combined with magnetic treatment,one time per day,10 times was a course of treatment,to evaluate the therapeutic effect after 2 courses;control group were given oral carbamazepine,200 mg each time,3 times per day,to evaluate the curative effect after continuous treatment of a month.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was high than that of control group(P<0.05),and VAS score after treatment were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Efficacy of acupuncture combined with magnetic therapy on trigeminal neuralgia is obvious,with good abirritation,being worthy of clinical application.更多还原
