【摘要】 目的:观察雷火灸结合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为治疗组(80例)和对照组(80例),治疗组给予雷火灸结合电针治疗,对照组给予口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖及双氯芬酸钠肠溶片,1个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的83.75%(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸结合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全有效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis.Methods:160cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group(80 cases) and control group(80 cases),the treatment group treated by thunder-fire moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncture,while the control group by orally taking glucosamine sulfate and diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets,observed the efficacy after 1 month.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.75%,which was higher than83.75%that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis is safe and effective,which deserves clinical promotion and application.更多还原
