【摘要】 目的:探讨颈型、神经根型颈椎病三种治疗方法的疗效比较。方法:210例颈型、神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为针刀组、臭氧组及联合组各70例,联合组采用穴位注射臭氧与小针刀治疗,针刀组用小针刀治疗,臭氧组用穴位注射臭氧,比较三组患者的VAS评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后三组VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且联合组VAS评分显著低于其他两组(P<0.05);联合组近期、中远期疗效均显著高于臭氧组与针刀组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀联合臭氧治疗颈型、神经根型颈椎病具有良好疗效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the comparison of therapeutic effects of three methods in the treatment of carotid type and nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods:210 cases of cervical spondylosis of neck and nerve root type were randomly divided into acupotomy group,ozone group and united group,each of 70 cases,united group was treated with point injection of ozone and acupotomy,acupotomy group treated with acupotomy,ozone group with acupoint injection of ozone,VAS score and clinical efficacy of three groups were compared.Results:VAS scores of the three groups decreased significantly after the treatment(P<0.05),and that of united group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05);efficacy in short and long term of united group was significantly higher than those of ozone group and treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy combined with ozone treating cervical spondylosis of neck and nerve root type is with good effects,being worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
