【摘要】 目的探讨影响膝关节镜治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效的相关因素。方法采用回顾性研究方法共纳入80例该院的膝骨性关节炎患者,详细记录相关信息,所有患者均给予膝关节镜治疗,根据治疗后疗效分为有效组与无效组,应用多因素回归分析进行相关影响因素的分析。结果 80例患者中有效组总例数为70例(显效患者32例+有效患者38例),占87.5%,无效患者10例,占12.5%。单因素分析结果显示:Kellgren-Lawrence分级、BMI、病程、术前VAS疼痛评分、术前KSS-F评分影响膝关节镜治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效,两组间差异比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步多因素分析显示Kellgren-Lawrence分级等级高、BMI指数高、术前VAS疼痛评分高、术前KSS-F评分低是影响膝关节镜治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜治疗膝骨性关节炎有较好的临床疗效,但Kellgren-Lawrence分级等级高、BMI指数高、术前VAS疼痛评分高、术前KSS-F评分低可以明显降低疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the risk factors affecting the arthroscopic treatment in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Retrospective analysis was made of eighty cases with knee osteoarthritis admitted to The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Suixi county. All patients were given the arthroscopic treatment,and were assigned into effective and ineffective group according to the curative effect. Results Seventy cases( 87. 5%) were effective and 10 cases( 12. 5%) were invalid in 80 patients. Single factor analysis results showed that grade of Kellgren-Lawrence,BMI,course,preoperative VAS pain score and preoperative KSS-F score could affect the curative effect of the arthroscopic treatment in knee osteoarthritis. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Multifactor analysis showed that the higher the grade of Kellgren-Lawrence,BMI and preoperative VAS pain score were,the lower the curative effect was. The lower preoperative KSS-F score was; the lower the curative effect was. They were independent risk factors of curative effect in arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis( P < 0. 05). Conclusions There are better curative effects in arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis. But the higher Kellgren and Lawrence grade,BMI,preoperative VAS pain score and lower preoperative KSS-F score can decrease curative effect obviously.更多还原
