【摘要】 疣状胃炎(varioliform gastritis,VG),即隆起糜烂性胃炎,是慢性胃炎的一种特殊类型;其临床表现无特异性,但发病机制特殊,某些机制目前尚不明了;相关研究提示其发病与幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori,HP)感染、胆汁反流、过敏、胃酸分泌异常等因素有关;而T淋巴细胞亚群在疣状胃炎的发生过程中所起的免疫学机制尚不明确,国内外对该领域的相关研究亦较少,该文就T淋巴细胞亚群在疣状胃炎方面的研究做一简要综述。更多还原
