【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定金马肝泰分散片中淫羊藿苷(C33H40O15)含量的方法。方法采用Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈—水(25∶75)为流动相,流速为1.2 mL·min-1,检测波长:270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷对照品在0.255 5~0.766 5μg范围内成良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.67%(n=5),RSD为1.00%。结论此法简便、快速、准确、专属性强,适用于金马肝泰分散片中淫羊藿苷(C33H40O15)的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method for assay of Icarrin in jinma gantai dispersible tablets. Methods The assay was performed on a Diamonsil-C18column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm).
