【摘要】 目的探讨采用颞肌下与颞肌外两种钛网修补术式行颅骨缺损修补的临床疗效。方法选择2009年2月—2013年2月该院收治的颅骨缺损患者共30例,按不同手术方法分为颞肌外修补组15例和颞肌下修补组15例,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果颞肌外修补组手术时间(1.5±0.5)h,术中出血量(80.3±30.4)mL及脑膜破损率13.3%均较颞肌下修补组明显减少,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。颞肌下修补组并发症、外观满意度、2周后局部疼痛及嘴嚼受限情况均较颞肌外修补组增多,差异有均统计学意义,P<0.05。结论数字化成型二维钛网颞肌外修补颅骨缺损具有操作简便,手术时间短,术中出血少,并发症少等优点。其效果明显优于颞肌下修补术,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of subtemporal and outside temporal titanium mesh repair. Methods 30 cases with skull defect admitted to our hospital from February 2009 to February 2013 were assigned into outside temporal muscle repair group( 15 cases) and subtemporal muscle repair group( 15 cases). We compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results As for the outside temporal muscle repair group,operation time was( 1. 5 ± 0. 5) h,the intraoperative blood loss was( 80. 3 ± 30. 4) mL and meningeal breakage rate of 13. 3% was lower than that in subtemporal muscle repair group. The difference was statistically significant,P < 0. 05. As for subtemporal skull repair group,appearance satisfaction,complications,2 weeks after local pain and chewing limitation were less satisfying than outside temporal muscle repair group. There was statistically significant difference,P < 0. 05. Conclusions Digital forming two-dimensional titanium mesh cranioplasty outside temporal muscle has the advantages of simple operation,short operation time,less bleeding,and less complications. The effect is better than the subtemporal muscle repair,which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
