【摘要】 目的探讨腹膜透析患者负面情绪和社会支持之间的相关性。方法随机抽取2011年2月—2013年2月在该院进行腹膜透析的100例患者作为病例组,抽取100例健康体检人作为对照组,通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评价量表(SSRS)进行调查。结果病例组SAS、SDS得分为(36.6±7.3)分、(39.4±8.1)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组社会支持总分、主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度得分分别是(41.12±6.32)分、(24.93±3.59)分、(10.50±3.31)分、(6.93±2.84)分,均高于病例组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,社会支持总分、主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度均与焦虑、抑郁呈负相关。Logistic回归分析结果显示,抑郁、焦虑、家庭状况、工作状况对社会支持有着显著的负面影响(P<0.05)。结论焦虑、抑郁是腹膜透析患者社会支持重要影响因素,可以通过多角度措施改善其负性情绪来提高其社会支持程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between negative emotions and social support in patients with peritoneal dialysis. Methods A handred cases of peritoneal dialysis patients were randomly selected as case group from February 2011 to February 2013, 100 healthy people were control group. Two groups of objects were investigated by SAS,SDS and SSRS. Results In the case group,the SAS,SDS scores were( 36. 6 ± 7. 3) and( 39. 4 ± 8. 1) points which were all higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The total scores in the control group of social support,subjective support,objective support,the utilization of support were( 41. 12 ± 6. 32),( 24. 93 ± 3. 59),( 10. 50 ± 3. 31) and( 6. 93 ± 2. 84) points,which were all higher than those in the case group( P < 0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that social support,subjective support,objective support,utilization were negatively correlated with anxiety and depression. Logistic regression analysis showed that depression,anxiety,family status,work status on social support had a significant negative effect( P < 0. 05). Conclusions It is found that anxiety and depression of peritoneal dialysis patients are important factors of social support. To improve their negative emotions can increase the degree of social support.更多还原
