【摘要】 目的分析老年人股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术中防旋型股骨近端髓内钉的应用。方法选取我院老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者108例,随机分为观察组与对照组,分别采用防旋型股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)和动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗,观察手术时间、出血量、并发症等情况。结果观察组手术时间、出血量、并发症发生率低于对照组,且观察组优良率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA内固定治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折具有出血量少、并发症低、优良率高等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application of the anti- rotation type proximal femoral nail in the fixation of elderly intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A totals of 108 cases of senile intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,which were fixed with the anti- rotation type proximal femoral nail( PFNA) and dynamic hip screw( DHS) respectively,then the operation time,blood loss,complications of the two groups were observed. Results The occurrence rate of operation time,blood loss,complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and there was statistical significance in the excellent rate of the two groups. Conclusion PFNA in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture has less bleeding,less complications,an better excellent rate,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.更多还原
