【摘要】 目的研究肽酰基精氨酸脱亚氨酶(PADI4)及其相关的产物瓜氨酸化抗凝血酶(cAT)与胃癌发病的相关性。方法收集胃癌患者和健康者血清,应用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测血清中PADI4蛋白含量及cAT水平。结果和正常对照组相比,胃癌患者血清PADI4蛋白含量及cAT水平显著增高,手术及化疗后PADI4蛋白含量及cAT水平明显降低。结论PADI4及cAT与胃癌的发病密切相关,对其相关性研究可能为临床胃癌治疗提供新的靶点和策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between peptidylarginine deiminase 4( PADI4) and citrullinated antithrombin( cAT) and gastric cancer. Methods Serum of patients and health people was collected. The content of PADI4 and cAT were detected by Enzyme- Linked Immunosorbnent Assay( ELISA). Results The content of PADI4 and cAT was significantly higher in blood of gastric cancer patients than that in samples from health people. The content of PADI4 and cAT was obviously lower after operation and chemotherapy. Conclusion The level of PADI4 and cAT is significantly associated with gastric cancer. The study will provide a new target and strategy for clinical treatment of gastric cancer.更多还原
