【摘要】 目的探讨口腔锥形束CT(CBCT)在颌骨内埋伏多生牙定位诊治中的应用价值。方法对102颗颌骨内埋伏多生牙采用普通X线检查,定位不准确者应用CBCT扫描并采用三维图像处理软件进行分析,判断其在颌骨内的位置。结果 CBCT可以从任意角度旋转观察埋伏牙立体解剖图像,确切地显示埋伏牙的数目、牙体大小、形态、萌出方向、与邻牙的位置关系。结论CBCT可准确定位颌骨内埋伏牙,为其诊治提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of cone beam CT in locating impacted supernumerary teeth in bone. Methods A total of 102 internal maxillary impacted supernumerary teeth which could not be positioned accurately by ordinary X- ray were examined through CBCT. The teeth in the jaw position were analyzed using 3D image processing software. Results The number,size,shape,growth direction;and their relationship with the neighboring teeth were clearly observed at random angles of CBCT. Conclusion CBCT is an accurate method to examine the position of supernumerary teeth and can provide the basis for diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
