【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道内括约肌切断术治疗高顺应性神经源性膀胱的治疗效果。方法回顾分析我院经尿道内括约肌切断术治疗的24例高顺应性神经源性膀胱患者的临床资料,随访其疗效。结果术后3个月开始随访至2014年2月,24例患者术后20例排尿通畅,残余尿减少到50 mL以下或者残余尿较术前减少>50%。术前12例伴有双肾积水,其中6例肾功能不全,术后6例肾积水基本恢复正常,4例明显好转,总体优良率83.3%。术后5年内随访,总体优良率70.8%。结论经尿道内括约切断术治疗高顺应性神经源性膀胱效果明显,且具有创伤小、易于开展以及并发症少等优点,是一种安全可靠的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of transurethral division of internal sphincter in high compliance neurogenic bladder.Methods The clinical data of transurethral division of internal sphincter in 24 cases of high compliance neurogenic bladder were retrospectively analyzed and efficacy of patients was followed-up. Results During the 3 months’ follow-up after surgery until February 2014,20 of the24 cases had normal urination,and the residual urine was reduced to 50 ml or residual urine decreased > 50%. Before surgery 12 cases had preoperative hydronephrosis,including 6 cases of renal insufficiency,and 6 cases of hydronephrosis returned to normal,4 cases had significant improvement after surgery,and the overall excellent rate was 83. 3%; During the 5 years’ follow-up after surgery,the overall excellent rate was70. 8%. Conclusion The effect of transurethral division of internal sphincter in high compliance neurogenic bladder is obvious; because it has less trauma,is easy to carry out and has fewer complications,it is a safe and reliable surgical approach.更多还原
