【摘要】 目的探讨玻璃纤维桩修复残根残冠的方法及临床应用价值。方法应用玻璃纤维桩全瓷冠修复前牙残根残冠106例122颗牙,观察2年修复效果,按评价标准分为修复成功和修复失败。结果 106例122颗牙均得到2年以上的随访观察,修复优良占98.36(120/122),修复失败1.64%(2/122)。结论玻璃纤维桩是目前临床最理想的前牙残根残冠的修复方法,配合全瓷冠修复,达到了很好的美学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and clinical application value of the glass fiber post repair residual root and crown.Methods The application of glass fiber post all porcelain crown repair of anterior residual root and crown treatment of 106 cases,122 teeth,observated 2 years repairing effect,according to the evaluation standard is divided into good repair and repair the failure. Results All 106 cases,122 teeth were more than 2 years of follow-up,good repair of 98. 36( 120 /122),1. 64%( 2 /122) repair failure.
